create a post you will need to register / confirm your email address. Or simply
use the email address and password which we sent you with your payment

Before you call the Tech Support have the below info ready from 1 to 4.
1. Product code from the white label on the product packages or on the
product.
2. Your computer details, is it Desktop Computer? or Laptop Notebook??,
3. Which Operating system?? for example XP, Vista, Apple Mac Linux.
4. If you calling them because you bought a router and can not connect to the
internet they will need the ISP details also.

Note: Before we call you, you will need to register your email address as a
user name and a password of your choice on our website. Our website will then
send you activation link to validate your email address as a user name. Simply
copy that link and past it in your Internet Explorer Browser to activate your
account. After activation simply click on New post and provide all the info
including your Landline number and the time that we can call you. Please note we
can only call on landline numbers. To do this

Please note we do not answer email directly we only
reply to online post. This is a very good way because number of our staff can
reply to your post plus you and our staff members can see all the communication
history.
