SafeGuard Clothing hold no responsibility for the effectiveness of the equipment, although as far as we are concerned everything is in full working order, we cannot garuntee it, and everything is bought at the buyers discretion.
Payment Details
After winning an auction you are bound by contract, and we expect payment within 2 workings days.
You can use our secure checkout system with paypal as soon as you have won to complete the transaction straight away and to get a speedy delivery. If you choose to pay at a later time, maybe by alternative methods, please note you must pay within 2 days, else we will report you us 'Unpaid Item'.
We do not dispatch any item until full payment has been recieved and cleared, so the faster you pay the faster we can send.

Returns Information
All items purchased from us are eligiable for a full refund if the items are unworn, undamaged and are returned to us in the condition they were sent. Please note we do not refund delivery charges unless an error was made in the item by us.
Items returned due to size issues will also not include the delivery being refunded unless the wrong size was stated on the advert.
Refunds are only allowed to be made within a 21 day period after purchasing from us. Please ensure all goods are packaged safely and any relevant forms are sent back.
