Items in this weight bracket will now be shipped using only Royal Mail International Signed-For Air Mail service. This service is available to the following destinations ONLY.

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland.

World Zone: Canada, USA, New Zealand & Australia.

PLEASE NOTE that shipping prices to destinations OUTSIDE Europe are slightly more expensive. Please contact us for a quote.

For countries not on this list, shipping is available via courier ONLY (see below for details).

LARGER ITEMS over 2kg (4.4lbs) packed weight, or more than 90cm in length, and up to 25kg and 150cm in length, and for smaller items to destinations not available via Signed-For Air Mail service (see above).

Items will be sent to the following destination countries using one of three ParcelForce Euro 48 services shown below.

Zone 1 - MINIMUM charge of £16.79 (including VAT)

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Portugal & Switzerland.

Zone 2 - MINIMUM charge of £22.35 (including VAT)

Finland, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden

Zone 3 - MINIMUM charge of £29.50 (including VAT)

Items will be sent to the following destination countries using DHL International which has a MINIMUM charge of £23.50 (including VAT)

Channel Islands, Czech Republic, Luxembourg & Poland

Items will be sent to the following destination countries using FedEx International which has a MINIMUM charge of £43.50 (including VAT)

Albania, Andorra, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Crete, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Malta, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City, Australia, Canada, New Zealand & USA.

Items to ALL other destination countries will be sent using FedEx International service. PLEASE NOTE that this is an expensive service, so PLEASE CONTACT US for a quote BEFORE bidding or purchasing.

ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES OFFERED ARE FULLY INSURED, AND TRACKABLE, REQUIRING A SIGNIATURE OF RECEIPT ON DELIVERY. THUS THEY COMPLY FULLY WITH THE PAYPAL USER AGREEMENT.

WE WILL NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY USING ANY OTHER METHODS THAN SHOWN ABOVE.

On all Royal Mail Special Delivery, ParcelForce 48, Royal Mail International Signed-For, ParcelForce Euro 48, DHL International & FedEx International items, tracking numbers will be provided via e-mail as soon as they are made available to us.

Due to the high volume of items sent via Royal Mail 1^st Class Recorded Delivery, we will provide Tracking numbers by request only in the event of non-delivery within their quoted time (see below), or in the event of damage to items received.

Please note that the Tracking Facility for 1^st Class Recorded UK items will ONLY show information when they have delivered your parcel or have tried to do so – the system is designed more as a Proof of Delivery than a full-blown tracking facility.

DISCLAIMERS

NON-UK BUYERS - as of May 1st 2009, we will only ship using the services shown and to the countries shown in the relevant section above.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS on any Royal Mail service to include 1^st Class Recorded, Special Delivery and International Airsure CANNOT now be processed until 15 working days (3 calendar weeks) have elapsed from postage date. These are Royal Mails rules, not ours. PayPal are now conditionally deferring non-receipt claims until this deadline is reached.

PACKING

Included in our quoted Postage costs are charges for bubble-wrap and packing materials. For some items, we use specialist boxes (notably guitar and bass necks) the cost of which is directly added in when we are calculating the postage charge.
