How will my order be delivered?
Orders are sent out by Royal Mail 1st Class, courier or Parcelforce Euro 48, dependant on the size and value of the products and delivery destination.

When do you dispatch my order?
We dispatch all orders Mon to Fri (excluding bank or public holidays) and as soon as payment has been received and cleared. If you pay for any products after 1pm on a Friday, the order will only be dispatched on the following Monday. We will aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of payment confirmtion. 99% of the time all items listed on Ebay are in stock. If for some reason we do not have the stock on hand, we will notify you and either give you a refund, offer an alternative product or process the order when the goods come in to stock.

Are all your lights road legal?
The majority of our lights are E-approved for use on U.K. roads and will pass an MOT. We have clearly marked the products that are not road legal.
Are your lights road legal in my country?
Please check with us first before bidding if you are unsure. Most of our taillights and head lamps are road legal for right hand drive cars only.Please see our terms and conditions for returns should you order in error.

Are the lights guaranteed?
Yes, all of our lights carry a manufacturers 24 month guarantee. Please read our terms and conditions with regard to warranty and returns. Please make sure of correct fitment details before fitting.

What do you charge for delivery?
All taillights will be charged £10.00 for P&P within the UK, side repeaters, indicators etc will be charged £3.50. Ireland, Germany and France - £17.50 for larger items and £7.50 for smaller items. The rest of Europe - £35.00 for larger items and £7.50 for smaller items. This includes all material, boxes, man hours and insurance. All items will need to be signed for and tracking is available.
We do not post to the United States.

When will you answer queries or emails?
Our working hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We will aim to answer emails within 24 hours, please be patient if you send us an email outside of these times.
