All items will be posted for a flat fee of £2.00. I despatch all items within 2 working days of cleared funds. Items may be returned if they do not conform to my description. Earrings will not be accepted for return for hygiene reasons, but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty pair a replacement will be provided upon receipt of the faulty pair. If an item is not suitable, I am happy to exchange this for another item of similar value, all postage and packaging cost are to be paid by the buyer. Items will only be accepted for return if they are in the condition they were received, and I would recommend they are returned by Recorded Delivery for your own piece of mind. I will not send a replacement until returned items have been received back.
