All our items are posted FREE of charge.
The service used is dependent entirely on weight and value of the item you are purchasing.
The following is a general guide:
Up to £20 - 1st Class Post.
Over £20 - 1st Class Recorded Delivery
Over £50 - Royal Mail Special Delivery.
More expedient services are available on request and at an additional cost but the standard service advertised on each listing will remain free of charge.
This applies to mainland UK only and does not apply to the Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands
Returns Policy
All items are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee from the day of receipt.
All items must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and in the condition they were shipped in order for full refunds to be processed.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. You must take responsibility for return postage.
Any items received faulty or damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Items may be returned and an exchange will be offered if found to be faulty or damaged.
Items found to be in working order will be returned after payment for postage is received.
