| We accept payment through Paypal, Nochex, Cheques, Postal Orders, Credit & Debit Cards or on collection from our Skate shop in St Ives, Cornwall.
If you are ordering more than one item, please see the section entitled Combined Postage at the top of this page.
We will dispatch your item as soon as payment is received and will email you to let you know that your order is on its way, however, please allow up to 3-4 days for delivery.

I have a general query, who should I contact?
If your question is not answered below and you have any additional queries or would like to pay for an item over the phone, please call us on 01736 798471 between the hours of 10am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Please have the ebay item number(s) & your user id handy if calling to query or pay for an ebay item.
PLACING ORDERS
When can I order goods from Streetlife?
You can order from our on-line shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any problems placing an order, please contact us between the hours of 10am – 5pm (Monday to Friday) on 01736 798471.
Can I order through the post?
Yes. We accept payment for items by cheque and Postal Order. Please do not send cash in the post to us. If you want to pay by cheque or Postal Order please include a note with your payment which states your name, address, contact telephone number and the item number(s) you wish to pay for, remember to also include your ebay user id.
Please make Cheques and Postal Orders payable to "Streetlife". Please note that all cheques must be cleared in our bank account before we will ship items out. If you pay by Postal Order, all goods will be shipped immediately. Please send all mail order to the following address:

How will I know if you've received my online order?
Once you have placed an order online you will automatically receive an e-mail from ebay confirming the details of your order including your item number/s.
Can I cancel my order?
If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your order, we will need to be contacted immediately on 01736 798471 before the item is sent out. If the item has already been shipped, you will be eligible to return the goods for a refund. Postage will not be refunded in this instance.
PAYMENTS
How can I make payment?
There are various ways of paying. We accept payment through most major credit cards, Paypal or Nochex. Alternatively you can post a cheque or postal order. Please make these payable to Streetlife.
What credit cards can I use?
We accept payments from Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta cards and American Express.
DELIVERY
Please see our 'Combined Postage / Multiple Orders' section below for additional information if you are ordering more than one item.
Can you deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays?
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange courier deliveries to take place on these days, smaller items such as t-shirts etc will be sent with the post office so may well arrive on a saturday.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. When you place your order you will be asked for a billing address and a delivery address. If the delivery address is different to your billing address, your invoice will always be sent to your billing address separately.
Please note your billing address must always be the address to which your credit card is registered.
When should I expect my order to be delivered?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible but please allow a maximum of 5 working days for our standard delivery service.
What happens if I'm not in when the delivery is made?
Our carriers will leave you a card. On this card will be a phone number & instructions – please call this asap to arrange another delivery at a more suitable time or you can collect your parcel from their local depot, if you miss 3 attempted deliveries & the item is returned to us or held at the depot you may be liable for a redelivery charge.
Can I specify a time for my goods to be delivered?
The specific time that our carriers will deliver is beyond our control, however if you are not in, a card will be left and they will attempt to deliver on another occasion or you can collect it from their local depot.
What are the postal charges if I don't live in UK Mainland?
UK Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland & International postal addresses. Unfortunately on some of our bigger items (above 2kg) there may be a postal surcharge. Please check the postcodes below to see if your delivery will be affected. If this is a problem, we will always try to arrange another way of getting the item to you (e.g. deliver to a friend outside these areas who we could deliver to and who would be happy to forward the item on to you.

COMBINED POSTAGE FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS WITHIN UK MAINLAND**
If you wish to buy more than one item, please note we will always try to combine postage on multiple orders (see examples below) to save you money.
If, at the end of your transaction / sale, you are still unsure whether you are eligible for discounted postage, please click on the Request Total from Seller button. We will combine your postage for you and send you a new invoice ASAP.
If all your items can be packed in one box (eg. helmet, pads, skateboard) we will only charge you for the one box as opposed to three. This means you will only pay the standard postage of £7.50 (UK Mainland only) for all three items.
If you are placing an order for several lighter / smaller items (for example: Grip Tape, Wheels, Puffas, Knee Pads, etc), the postage will vary but the maximum postage will be £5.99.
Examples of items for combined postage are:

2 x Skateboards = £7.50
Skateboard & Mini Ramp = £7.50
Skateboard, Helmet & Pads = £7.50
2 x Ice Skates = £7.50
Grip Tape, Wheels & Trucks = £5.99

Bearings, Tool & Grip Tape = £4.99
Please note, that although this applies to most items, some larger / heavier items may be charged per item. (1/4 Pipe Ramps, Spine Ramps, Bikes etc) In these instances (ie. when combined postage is not possible), we will contact you.
Please also note, certain items which require Immediate Payment Only may not be eligible for Combined Postage.
**Additional charges for Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland may apply. Please contact us for postage costs if your area is not shown against the individual item's listing.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
How do I return faulty items?
Send the goods in an unused condition in their original packaging to:

All faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and some will have to be returned to our suppliers before we can accept them as faulty. Once we're satisfied the goods are faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
How do I exchange non faulty items?
Returned items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Once received we will offer an exchange for items of the same value or higher, a credit note or a full refund if required. In most cases, your original postage and packing charges will not be refunded. Videos, games and DVD's will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. We can only refund onto the same card as was used for the original payment. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us.
How do I exchange faulty items?
All faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and some will have to be returned to our suppliers before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us. Once we've confirmed that the goods are faulty, we will decide whether to offer a replacement, exchange or refund. We will also reimburse the cost of the returns postage to you. Please remember to include a receipt for postage with your parcel.
Can I return a snapped deck or other similar item that has been used for tricks & stunts etc?
No. Due to the nature of skateboarding & extreme sports, some items are not guaranteed and can last minutes, weeks, months or years!
Exchanging items
If you would like to exchange your product, please ensure that you have enclosed a telephone number on which you can be contacted between 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Please note, if you are returning items for exchange for any reason other than that they are faulty, we will need to your card details (or Paypal) for postage payment on the exchanged goods.
