My P&P costs are extremely fair and do not just cover the cost of a stamp, there is packaging,printed invoices,printed address labels,post office trips. Please read listing for P&P details before purchasing and if you do not agree then i would kindly ask you not to purchase from me as its not fair down rating me in my feedback after the event...makes no sense!!

My despatch times are up to 4 working days after cleared payment sometimes longer during busy periods. If your item is needed urgently please email me before purchase so i can confirm when your item will be despatched or offer you special delivery P&P (please contact for cost), please dont purchase and then say you need it before the stated despatch times, I handmake all items to order and orders are dealt with in turn No Queue Jumping!

When purchasing from a listing you are buying exactly what is stated in that listing if you cannot see the size, colour of diamantes, wording, design you are looking for please do not purchase until i have confirmed this this can be done for you as what is purchased is exactly what will be sent to you.

I aim to answer all emails within the same day or at the very latest 24 hours. Emails are also answered on weekends but sometimes may not be answered until monday morning, Thank you for your patience.
