PAYMENT: Must be made within 48 hours from end of auction, PAYPAL is prefered. Postal orders are also accepted. Items are usually posted within 24 HRs of a cleared payment. All items are posted at the Post Office counter, in the event of an item being lost or damaged by Royal Mail we will assist you in a claim but ultimately we are not responsible for lost or damaged items or their replacement. We cannot offer combined shipping in every circumstance , but we will do our best to forful your needs. All of our items are priced very competitively as it is. RETURNS: If you wish to return an item please send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less any shipping costs including the cost of return shipping which is to be paid for by the customer). If the item is used or damaged in any way then only a partial payment will be made. no returns are accepted on electrical items.
