Q: What is your return policy? How do I return my order?

 Please include your ebay id and covering note. Where a refund is required, we will refund the amount paid for the goods, excluding any postage charges paid.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Where more than one item is purchased, a postage discount of £1.00 is offered on each additional item. Please wait for a revised invoice.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Orders are usually posted within two working days of receiving cleared payment. Items are posted by 1st class post but you will need to allow longer bank holidays. We use Royal Mail's 1st class post, so your goods should be delivered within 1-2 days. Please allow longer when there is a Postal Strike.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A: Our postage and packing charges vary according to the weight of the shoes/boots. £2.95-£3.95 for shoes and sandals and £3.95-£4.50 for boots posted within the UK. We do not offer a collection service.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, our posting and packing charges are £6.00-£14.95 dependant on weight and destination. Please note due to the weight of some items they may be posted by Sea rather than Air to keep the price of postage down.

Q: How can I pay?

A: Payment can be made by Paypal. Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Monty Footwear LTD. For more information on Paypal, please visit www.paypal.co.ukplease allow up to seven days for cheques to clear before dispatch of goods

Q: How long do I have to pay?

A: An immediate Paypal payment is required when the 'Buy it Now' option is used. Auction winners are required to pay for their goods within 3 days.

Q: I have not received my order?

A: Items are posted by 1st class Royal Mail but can sometimes take longer than their 1-3 working day guideline. If you have not received your parcel after 16 days from the date you paid, please e-mail us via e-bay (not paypal).

Q: I have not paid for my order

A: We ask that payment is made within 3 days. For none paying customers an 'Unpaid Dispute' will be opened and if unresolved a none paying strike will be left and appropriate feedback.
