What is the delivery cost?

We offer free delivery to most of mainland England and Wales.

The exceptions are Devon and Cornwall, Scotland - £20

We are unable to offer any deliveries to the Highlands, Grampian's Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White or any other off land area.

Why do some areas have a delivery cost?

Because we deliver ourselves and deliver on a multi route basis it justifies free delivery. However in areas such as the South West and Scotland the distance is higher and we have minimal orders so need the £20 to help towards costs otherwise we would lose money as our profit margins are so tight and there would be a much longer lead time in these areas.

What happens after I order and when will I receive my bed?

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order to the address registered with Ebay (please check spam folder if you don't receive one)

This will also contain our contact details, these are also on the item description.

The lead time is clearly stated at the bottom of all descriptions.

Then as soon as we have a proposed date and time for delivery we will email you with this.

We don't usually have a date and time for delivery straight away as we have our own delivery service and work on a multi-route basis so that we can offer free delivery. I promise that we work very hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as physically and logistically possible.

Why do you use your own delivery service?

They say a picture says it all and we thought the below was a fantastic example.

The picture above was taken and it is a prime example of one on the many reasons we deliver ourselves.  Whoever the unlucky customer who the mattress  belongs to will probably not realise the damage until it is too late. A mattress needs to be stored correctly and certainly not bent or trodden on.

Whatever furniture or items in the boxes will be lucky not to be damaged. Furniture and mattresses have to be stored and handled with a lot of care as it is so easily damaged. We take the best possible care.

Also we want you to have the best possible service, we feel that we can give this better using our own team. Although not perfect, we certainly try our level best to be.

Will you take my items upstairs?

This is another reason we deliver ourselves. Our items are heavy and akward, we will take them upstairs for you. Most couriers are not able to do this as they are not insured

However please be aware that we are not insured if any damage happens on your property we do this as a courtesy. Therefore if you would like us to place your products (however large or small) anywhere other than the hallway, then please ensure that any obsticles or items are removed from the pathway of us delivery drivers.

Returns

Returns and Cancellations:

In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000, the buyer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of order. Products tailored to customer requirements are excluded.

The buyer must give written notice to the seller by letter or email giving details of products ordered and if applicable their delivery. Notification by telephone is not sufficient

Once the seller has been notified of the cancelling of the contract, the seller will refund the buyer within 14 days via the original payment method.

If the seller has delivered the products to the buyer but the buyer wants to return the items this must be within 7 days. Written notification to the seller is required. The buyer is responsible for returning the products to the seller at the buyers cost. The buyer must take reasonable care to ensure that the items are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. They must be returned in the original unopened packaging and condition they were delivered to the buyer. If requested by the buyer the seller will organise for the goods to be collected on a mutually convenient date.  The buyer will be refunded within 14 days minus the cost of collection which will be agreed upon with buyer prior to collection.
