GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders are posted the same day if they are paid for in full and checkout completed by 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
Recorded Delivery DOES NOT guarantee a delivery time or delivery date and is not tracked, it only guarantees a signature on delivery. For guaranteed delivery times please select that option or email us your request.
EMAILS: Any emails regarding your purchase will be answered on the same day Monday - Friday if received before 4.30pm. Emails received after this time will be replied to the next day. Any emails / questions received after 12.00pm Saturday will be replied to on the following Monday.
Please note that we may not answer any emails sent us after 4.30pm on Friday until the following Monday.
WE ALWAYS OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Unless otherwise stated posting is 1st class signed for. 2) Payment to be made within 48 hours of your purchase and checkout completed. (please notify us if you are paying by cheque). 3) If paying by cheque or postal order, We shall require that the cheque / postal order is received and clears before the goods are despatched. (includes e-cheques through Paypal). 4) Bounced cheques will be treated as none payment and fee recovery proceedings shall commence + negative feedback left. We shall also treat it as fraud and notify the apprpriate law enforcement agencies. 5) Other than in exceptional circumstances, none payers shall be reported to eBay. 6) WARNING We always report non paying bidders and will ad your name to the blocked buyer lists. 7) We always retain a confirmation of posting slip, dated and stamped by the post office as proof of posting. 8) In the unlikely event that your package does not reach you we shall refund you or send you a replacement product. We will also contact Royal Mail and advise them of the loss together with making a claim for compensation of the lost item(s). Please be aware that Royal Mail may contact you in respect of this claim. Any non compliance will be viewed as theft and will be reported to the police. 9) Postal rates incorporate ALL costs including but not limited to administration, postal costs and packaging. It costs money to print postage and invoices and buy packaging and is inline with ebay's P&P policy. 10) Strictly NO personal collections, all winning bids and buy it now purchases are despatched by post. 11) Package and posting charges will NOT be combined on item(s) won in auction(s) unless otherwise stated.
12) In making a bid or a purchase in one of our buy it now, auction or shop formats, you agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
WE ALWAYS OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTING
We always leave non payers negative feedback AFTER taking the following steps:
- You make a purchase from us.
- If you have NOT completed checkout OR failed to pay within 48 hours, we send a polite reminder by email requesting that you complete the checkout process and notify us how you wish to pay. (NP 01 48hr Payment Reminder)
- If on the 7th day you have failed to pay or complete the checkout procedure OR fail to contact us, we will email you to inform you that the non payment process has been started with eBay. At this stage you still have the opportunity to pay or cancel your order and we will leave you positive feedback if you contact us. (NP 02 7th Day Overdue Letter.)
- If after the 12th day you have failed to pay OR respond to our emails, you will be sent a 3rd letter requesting payment . This will inform you that this is your final opportunity to pay before we close the claim with eBay and if no payment is received within the next 48 hours, OR you mutually agree to withdraw from the transaction in the next 48hours, you will have a non payment strike recorded against your acount by eBay. You will also be added to our banned buyers list. Positive feedback will still be left if you reply at this stage. (NP 03 Final Payment Reminder)
- Our 4th and final letter to you will be on the 14th day after your purchase and will be to inform you that as we have received no communication from you in respect of your non payment, despite our previous 3 letters, we will have no alternative other than to close the claim with eBay and issue a none payment strike against your account.
WE ALWAYS OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTING
We ask that when you leave feedback you remember that we are only human and mistakes sometimes happen, none of us are perfect. Also bear in mind how you would like to be spoken to yourself.
We leave feedback in line with eBay's feedback policy. We always wait for the buyer to leave feedback first, this is, as just stated fully inline with eBay policy.
