RETURNS POLICY
- If for any reason you wish to return your purchase you may do so unless stated in the advert within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
- In the unlikely event that you should have to return your purchase to us we will give you a FULL REFUND on your purchase price upon returning your goods to us.
- You will need to return a copy of your invoice to us.
- Please note, the cost of the insurance premium, where aplicable, is none refundable.
- We would appreciate that you contact us by email before sending back any items to us as we may be able to resolve any issues before you return your purchase. It also makes us aware that there is a problem.
- You should return your purchase to us in the original packaging together with a copy of your invoice.
- Returns are to be made at your own expense and this cost will NOT be refunded.
- You will have to return the goods at your own cost and we would STRONGLY recommend that you use a RECORDED DELIVERY service to guarantee safe arrival to us.
- We do ask that you please include a brief reason for return.
- We will not issue a refund or replacement until you have returned the goods to us.
- All refunds are made through Paypal for security, so please ensure that you have a Paypal account and that you supply us with the correct email address linked to your account so we can make the refund to you.

ITEMS LOST IN THE POST
- If you have not received your purchase by the 15th day after we have notified you of despatch you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- We have to wait 15 days as Royal Mail DO NOT class an item as lost until after this time.
- We will fill out all the necesary paperwork to complete a claim with Royal Mail, but please be aware that this can take between 14 to 30 days.
- You may be contacted by Royal Mail to verify that you have not received your purchase so please be sure that you have supplied us with your correct postal address as it could delay your request for a refund if you give us incorrect information.
- Providing us with a contact telephone number will help speed up the process should you be unfortunate enough to need to make a claim.
- As soon as the claim has been processed you will be notified by us and will be asked if you wish to receive a replacement product or a cash refund. (Cash refunds are paid through Paypal only for security purposes.)
We always retain proof of posting and in the event of an "Item Not Received" claim being lodged against us through eBay, we will pass on these details to eBay in order to maintain the good standing of our account.
For this reason, we ask that in the first instance you contact us directly, only if you feel that we have not helped you sufficiently should you lodge an appeal with eBay, although you are perfectly entitled to do so at any stage.
We retain all correspondence sent should you then subsequently wish to make a claim. We do this to submit to eBay should we need to provide evidence in any future dispute you may lodge. |
