Payment Methods Accepted:

UK bidders : cheque, postal order, PayPal or Nochex.

NON-UK bidders : PAYPAL ONLY.

Please make your payment within 10 days of purchasing.
There may be a clearance delay for cheques over £20.
If paying by PayPal eCheque there will be a clearance delay of around 10 days.


Multiple Orders:

You are welcome to purchase more than one item at the same time.
There is a P&P discount for multiple items which is calculated automatically - the highest value P&P is kept and 90p is discounted off each additional item.
To pay for multiple items, follow the payment process for just one item and all items should be displayed, along with the discounted P&P.

Purchasing items that have a 90p P&P such as keyrings, fridge magnets and pencils means that there will only ever be a single 90p P&P to pay, no matter how many you buy!

BIDDERS OUTSIDE THE UK - when purchasing music items there will only ever be one shipping cost to pay, either £1.50 (Europe) or £2.00 (Rest of the World).
Please request the total amount to pay so that further music items can have the shipping costs removed.


Delivery and P&P info:

Most orders are dispatched via First Class post within 5 working days of receiving payment.

BIDDERS OUTSIDE THE UK - All items are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.


Returns/Refunds for Faulty, Damaged or Unwanted Goods:

For faulty or damaged goods a free replacement or a full refund of the original payment will be given.
Items that are not faulty may also be returned but only the original payment minus the P&P will be refunded.
Please contact us within 7 days.


Parcels Not Received:

For items sent by standard Royal Mail please allow 14 days after the date of posting before contacting us.
We will then arrange a refund or replacement.

For items sent by a signed courier service please contact us after 3 working days of non-receipt.
We will then attempt to trace the item, and if that fails, a refund or replacement will be arranged.

BIDDERS OUTSIDE THE UK - Please allow 30 days after the date of posting before contacting us.
