All items are posted to the address supplied via the PAYPAL PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL or if paying by Cheque or Postal Order then we use the eBay sale notification email address. When buying please let me know via an eBay message if a different address is required for posting, as it is your responsibility to keep your eBay & Paypal address information up to date.

 
In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged in the post I provide FREE POSTAL INSURANCE COVER (£30) so just contact me & I will sort things out for you. Please note in the event of an item being lost in the post, Royal Mail only class items as officially lost after 15 days which is when we can proceed. For lost items we do not do refunds and always send a replacement item.

We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them, or provide a refund if faulty. The goods should be returned unworn, with all labels & manufacturer packaging intact & all garments should be in a proper resalable condition and are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt once return authorization has been obtained from me..

Please print off & enclose a copy of the eBay invoice that was originally issued via email. Without this invoice no refund will be given. Please note that the return postage will need to be paid for by you & please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.

 

Please note there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments under UK LAW for reasons of hygiene, so we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products, if found to be unsuitable:
Stockings
Tights
Knickers & Panties Sets

Bodystockings
Any Item with a crotch

We will of course exchange the item in the event of a defect in material, manufacturing, or quality if the product is unworn & returned complete with all manufacturer packaging intact.

 

Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch to out to conform to your shape. Special orders, or custom orders  can only be exchanged for other merchandise.

I will issue a full refund less 25% restocking fee & excluding p&p as per Ebay guidelines for eligible items returned for reasons such as wrong size/colour requested etc.

Photo CD's - Absolutely no refunds & no exceptions, in the event of a problem with a CD a replacement of the same CD will be sent.
