Return & Exchange Policy
Faulty items will be either replaced,or a full refund will be issued.
Items returned for any other reason will be replaced or refunded less postage costs.
All returns and exchanges must be agreed in advance. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. You must email us within 14 days of date of purchase.
All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please take care when unpacking & repacking. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.
Refunds on lotions & Potions products will only be granted on items damaged in transit – goods must be returned in original packaging. For Hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate lingerie or hosiery once packs have been opened
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately 1 week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card/paypal will have their accounts credited Payments that were made by Cheque/Postal Order will recieve the same in return. We will not make refunds to a third party.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
