 | A: If your purchase is not as described or you are not entirely satisfied we will refund your money upon return of goods. (Product must be in original packaging and in the same condition as when we sent it.)
If your purchase is faulty please return to us and we will replace it.

 | A: In most cares our items show a postage discount if more than one of the same item is purchased.
Normally we will be able to offer small discounts for multiple purchase, please request a combines invoice for multiple item purchases before paying. |

 | A: We use royal mail, and post all items by 1st class delivery. Our handling time on all items is 1 working day, so you can normally expect to recieve your goods within 2-3 working days, but please be aware this is dependent on royal mail.  | A: Postage costs are stated at the bottom of the listing, postage rates vary depending on the items size & weight. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Most items that we sell can be shipped to Ireland and Europe, we do not normally post to the rest of the world. We only use international signed for and therefore postage cost will be slightly higher than standard airmail.
We do have some products that we cannot ship internationally due to airmail regulations. |

 | A: Of course, we have a retail shop in Poole in dorset and we happy for any item to be collected, all we ask is that you bring your confirmation of purchase e-mail from Ebay to ensure no delay in locating your item.

 | A: We send items out from us within one working day, however we have been aware that over the past few months Royal mail have been quite slow to deliver. If your item has not arrived within 10 working days please feel free to contact us to confirm shipment. |
