Whilst we hope that you will be totally satisfied with all items we
understand that on occassions items will not be as expected.
We therefore offer a full refund policy as follows:
FAULTY ITEMS AND ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED
Please contact us in the first instance. If items are faulty we offer a full
refund of cost plus postage and packing charges including the cost of returning
items to us by second class post, where applicable.
UNWANTED ITEMS
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund . The buyer
will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
