DELIVERY POLICY

S.N.H delivers across main land UK for a small charge per item We aim to deliver within 14 days on the outset. Most of the time we can deliver within 7 days.

 

All items sold on our site include VAT at 17.5%. If you need to reclaim the vat, on every order you will be sent a vat invoice. This is usually sent with your products.

RETURNS POLICY

If you have bided on an item and you win, these items are non returnable. If they are damaged we will send out a replacement.

If you BUY NOW on items, these can be returned, all packaging must be complete, so we can resell the item. If it is un-sellable, due to no original packaging ect damaged or the item has been used, then you can not return the item.

We will need your invoice number. Returns will be only accepted within 7 days from purchase.

We will refund the full amount excluding any postage costs incurred.
