When we have received cleared payment, your goods will be dispatched within 2 working days.
UK CUSTOMERS
Due to the value of some items, we are only able to offer the appropriate insured shipping. This is clearly stated in the relevant listings.
Sterling Silver & Gold jewellery:
Our standard UK delivery for sterling silver and gold jewellery is Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For™. This service requires a signature upon receipt of the parcel. Please be aware that this option does not provide insurance for the loss or damage of jewellery made from precious metals; it does however, provide peace of mind for both the seller and the buyer.
If you would like your purchase to be insured against loss or damage, then please choose Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) Next Day at the cost of £4.35 during the checkout procedure. This provides insurance and requires a signature upon receipt of the parcel. If you have any questions concerning this do not hesitate to contact us.
All other items:
Our standard UK delivery for all other items (e.g. beads, gemstone carvings, silk thread chokers etc.) is Royal Mail 1st Class, and we always obtain proof of postage.
If you purchase items that are not made from sterling silver or gold, and require them to be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For™, this is available for an additional fee of 75p during the checkout procedure. This service requires a signature upon receipt of the parcel.
If you would like your purchase to be insured against loss or damage, then please choose Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) Next Day at the cost of £4.35 during the checkout procedure. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All other items:

In this case it will be shipped by either* Royal Mail Airsure®, or Royal Mail International Signed For™. Both of these services require a signature upon receipt of the parcel. If you have any questions concerning this do not hesitate to contact us.

*Royal Mail Airsure® can only be used to send parcels to the following countries:

For all other countries, Royal Mail International Signed For™ will be used.
COMBINING ITEMS
You can combine items bought within 7 days of your first purchase, or every 10 items (whichever comes first).
One payment must be made for all items at one time so that a combined invoice can be given.
UK CUSTOMERS
The highest level of shipping shall be used to post all combined items.
If you purchase Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™, you will only pay the postage price for your first item, and every other combined item will then have free postage. If you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) Next Day, then only one fee of £4.35 is required per combined parcel. Please check your invoice to ensure that combined postage has been successful; if you experience any problems then contact us for assistance.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

PAYMENTS
For UK buyers, we accept PayPal, Cheque or Postal Order.
For international buyers, the only payment method accepted is PayPal.
All payments must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. All non-payers will be reported to eBay.
If you require a printed receipt to be delivered with your purchase please request this by leaving a ‘message to seller’ during the checkout procedure.
RETURNS
The Distance Selling Regulations state that the buyer has a 'cooling off' period of 7 days.
With us, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and guarantee the quality. If you are unhappy with it please email us at royle_treasures@hotmail.co.uk and arrange to return it within 14 days of receipt. Costs will be reimbursed (except shipping costs, less 10% for restocking fees), when we have received the item.
As the buyer, you are responsible for the care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and for the cost of return postage. We advise you to return items using Recorded Delivery.
If the item is faulty, a full refund will be issued when we have received the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
