| Q:How do I find what I want, you have so many listings ? |

| A:The best way to search is by tyres size, if you want a specific make eg. Avon go the the Avon folder to narrow the search. If you want all makes to be displayed make sure you are on the 'Shop Home Page' then enter the first part of the tyre size ONLY with a ' * ' at the end, eg. 180/55* will find all tyres with 180/55 in the title. |
| Q:Do you really have all your listed items in stock ? |

| A:YES we do! We ONLY list items we have in stock (unless the auction says 'Special Order ONLY')The ONLY exception to this rule would be if an incomming stock order is delayed and you click 'Buy It Now' before we can end the listing.
Unlike some sellers we do not take your money then start frantically looking for stock to fill your order. |
| Q:How soon will I get my item/s when delivery is via Courier ? |

| A:If you pay before 12 noon Monday-Friday your item/s will be dispatched the same day, you 'should' receive it/them the next working day (Monday-Friday) - 98.8% of courier deliveries really are delivered this quickly, however occasionally a parcel can be mis-routed or a driver can run out of time in which case it may take an extra day for delivery. |
| Q:How soon will I get my item/s when delivery is via Royal Mail ? |

| A:If you pay before 12 noon Monday-Friday your item/s will be dispatched the same day, you will normally receive it/them within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday) - small items are treated as letter post and are usually delivered the next working day, tyres are treated as parcels and can take up to 5 working days (usually 2-3 in our experience though) |
| Q:Can I pay for my item/s with a Cheque ? |

| A:We ONLY accept Cheques for collection's & then ONLY when covered by a vaild Cheque Guarantee card (due to our high sales volume we would not be able to get into our warehouse for stacks of tyres waiting for cheques to clear) |
| Q:Can I pay for my item/s with a Postal Order ? |
|
| A:YES, you can pay with a Postal Order, your item/s will be dispatched on receipt of your Postal Order.
Please make sure you cross the Postal Order/s and make it/them payable to 'Universal Tyre Co. Ltd.', mark the envelope 'Ebay & Internet Sales Department' to ensure we receive it in the correct department. |
| Q:Do you combine postage/carriage ? |

| A:YES, if you buy 2 single motorcycle tyres at the SAME time you only pay carriage on ONE tyre providing the delivery is via carrier, unfortunatly this offer does not include tyre deliveries via Royal Mail, small items brought at the same time as tyres also go carriage free when brought with tyres delivered via carrier (see auctions for details) |
| Q:Do you sell 'Part-Worn' tyres (Runners) ? |

| A:NO we do not !!, Please think about this one, would YOU take a perfectly servicable tyre off your machine before it's worn out ?
Most 'Part-Worn' tyres come off crashed machines and without having them x-ray'd there is no way to be sure they do not have dangerous internal damage which could lead to a catastrophic failure down the road. |
| Q:I want a tyre or other item but I can't find it in your listings, does that mean you don't sell it ? |

| A:Absolutely NOT, we STOCK 1000's more tyres and accessories than we list on EBay, if you can't find what you are looking for please message us with your requirements, the more details you can give us the quicker we can respond with a price & availability, if the price is acceptable to you we will then build a new auction just for you ! |
| Q:I want 2 x tyres in one delivery but eBay is tyring to charge me 2 x delivery charges ? |

| A:2 way's to sort this, either buy both tyres without paying and click the 'Request Total From Seller' button in 'My eBay' OR buy & pay for the 1st tyre as usual, then on the 2nd tyre change the delivery type to 'Collecting' as you pass through eBay Checkout and we will manually combine the auction from this end (Carrier deliveries ONLY). |
| Q:HELP ! - I've ordered the wrong tyre / item |

| A:NO problem, we do NOT charge a handling/return fee! If you order the wrong item simply give us a call for an RMA number, & return the item to us, we will then either credit or replace with the correct item, you are responsible for carriage (P&P) for both the return to us and the replacment delivery, any price difference will be payable/credited) |
| Q:Can I view the tyres before buying ? |

| A:YES you can - 'WE STOCK WHAT WE LIST' - you are welcome to come to OUR warehouse (during normal opening hours) to look at tread patterns, storage conditions, range etc etc. |
| Q:Can I have a VAT receipt if I ask for one ? |

| A:YES, you do NOT get a choice here, we are a multi £m pa company, ALL sales come with a fully itemised VAT receipt reguardless of invoice value ! |
| Q:Do you offer a tyre fitting service for Motorcycle tyres ? |

| A:YES we do!
Motorcycle tyre to a loose wheel @ £11.75 each
Motorcycle Tyres to the machine @ £25.00 each
The above include new rubber snap-in tubeless valve (where fitted), wheel balance and old casing disposal.
Harley's, Scooters and some cruisers cost more, POA.
Moto-X wheels with grippers (Rim-Locks)cost £5.00 extra for each gripper. |
| Q:I want delivery to a different address - can you do that ? |

| A:We ONLY send items to the delivery address that comes from eBay/Paypal, if you want your item/s delivered to your work or a friend/relation etc please make a new delivery address in eBay/Paypal and change to that address BEFORE paying, this way we are both covered under Paypal's trading rules. |
