| Rosecraddoc Self Catering Holiday Village is set in a quiet wooded valley divided by the river Seaton that flows from high up on the moor on it's journey to the sea 10 miles south. Rosecraddoc is ideally situated to be within easy daytrip range of the whole of Cornwall, South Devon and Dartmoor.
Cornwall is renowned for it's gentle climate, influenced by the Gulf Stream, but just to be sure, all the cottages are centrally heated and double glazed.
The accommodation has all the comforts and appliances you will need to ensure your comfort and relaxation, including a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. The liunger has Television with DVD/CD player.
Each detached cottage has an open plan lawned garden, a paved patio and garden furniture and private parking adjacent. There is a cosy bar, The Village Inn; with restaurant on site with riverside patio.
We have bungalows to sleep from 2 persons up to six persons and some proeprties are pet friendly.
There is on site bar and restaurant; The Village Inn; serving good food and drink. During peak season Quiz nights, Karaoke and Live Music are held.
