This is a mass email that I sent out to all of my buyers who purchased from me in the last month. I apologize if you didnt get it so I am posting it here for all to read!
I apologize deeply if you receive this multiple times. I am trying to keep my buyers informed as much as possible. I do not have computer access but every couple of days or so.
For those of you who have not received an email from me before now, my family and I had to evacuate for the hurricane.
UPDATE: Our house was hit directly by the hurricane, did not damage the shop, but house is pretty messed up, but livable. We are trying to get orders out as soon as we can before we have to evacuate again for hurricane Ike. Please be patient with me, there is no way I can answer all the emails with this slow internet connections.
I have several crews coming in tomorrow so that I can get orders expedited before Thursday for Friday. I understand your frustration and if you would like a refund please let me know by putting refund in your subject line so that I can get to those emails first. It may take a while but I assure you that I will get your ribbon or your refund to you as soon as I possibly can. I cannot thank you guys enough for the responses I am getting from the eBay community. Your generous patience and compassion are truly appreciated. It means the world to me in these trying times.

Obviously, I cannot accept any bow orders at this time but will get them posted again as soon as life is back to normal!
We will be evacuating again, this week so again I ask that you keep my family and everyone that is and has been affected by these storms in your prayers. We really need them.

As some of you may know, Michael Scott Duncan Deshotel was born 6 weeks premature and with Jejunal Atresia.
His small and large intestines were not connected at birth, and he required surgery and stayed in NICU.
Sometimes Life happens!

My name is Roni and I am a 36 year old wife & a stay at home mom of 5 wonderful children. I have a degree in Computer Science but I am a "crafty" at heart.
