Delivery, collections and returns

We use two delivery options, they are called 'seller's standard rate' delivery and 'other courier' delivery.

Collections

If you have purchased an item and you collect it from us, you are responsible to bring it back to us if it's found to be faulty. This is something that must be considered if you are a significant distance from us. We will not compensate you for travelling.

Returns

1. We need to be notified of any returns within 1 day of receipt.
2. Goods must be returned in the condition they are received in, e.g., in original manufacturers packaging and not altered.
3. Any returns are the buyer’s responsibility to return to us. We can arrange collection at your cost.
4. Goods returned due to incorrect ordering or over ordering are subject to a 20% handling charge.
5. Postage costs cannot be refunded.
6. Any refund will be given once the goods have been inspected after arriving back to us.
7. Goods must be signed for as faulty on arrival, this covers us and you for your replacement, should the courier have damaged the goods.
8. We cannot be held liable for fitting costs incurred by goods arriving late or damaged or the incorrect goods being delivered by our couriers. It’s better to wait till you have the goods and have measured them and checked the postcodes BEFORE organizing fitting. This avoids being charged by joiners/fitters for their wasted time.
9. Any made to measure goods purchased may only be returned if faulty. If they are wrong due to your measurements being incorrect, and it has been made to the agreed sizes, we will not refund.
10. Any 'second' or 'part damaged' goods cannot be returned as faulty. They are sold as seen.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds should the items not be returned to us in a their original condition.
