Rockshore Automotive Styling & Car Accessories is an internet trading name of Rockshore (UK) Ltd. Your use of our ebay shop and auction listings, including purchasing, constitutes your agreement to all the terms and conditions contained herein.
Rockshore (UK) Ltd will not accept responsibility or liability for any damage or loss either to products purchased from us or to personal property, resulting from the use of or incorrect fitment of such products purchased from us.
Rockshore (UK) Ltd will not accept responsibility or liability for any injury or death to persons incurred as a result of the use of or incorrect fitment of products purchased from us. Products such as alloy wheels, steering wheels, hubs and seats must be installed by trained specialists. Incorrect installation can lead to failure which can cause an accident resulting in personal injury or death.
Colour reproduction in online images is as accurate as photographic and computer processes will allow. We cannot guarantee that product colours or finishes contained in images in our listings will be identical to items supplied as colour/ finish may differ slightly.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable for their vehicle prior to purchasing and/or bidding and we strongly advise all customers to make their own enquiries and research before purchasing. If you are in any doubt, then please contact us for further advice before bidding/purchasing.
In respect of overseas customers, we are unable to ensure that products contained in our listings will be suitable for non-UK vehicles. Rockshore (UK) Ltd makes no representation that any product referred to in this website is appropriate to use outside the United Kingdom. Customers from outside the UK are responsible for compliance with local laws if local laws are applicable.
Application information contained in our listings is supplied by the product manufacturers.
Prices & Payment
Prices include VAT at the UK standard rate for UK and EC member states only. A VAT receipt can be provided on request. Countries outside of the EC are subject to paying the full advertised price(s) as full cost of the item(s) being purchased with no VAT element applied.
UK Buyers - we accept payment through Paypal, including card payments (a Paypal account is not required), cheque or postal order. Items will only be dispatched after cleared payment received. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.
Overseas Buyers - payment through Paypal Pound Sterling or International Postal Order.
Postage & Delivery
Items are normally dispatched 1st Class within 48 hours of cleared payment (not including weekends & bank holidays).
If an item is sent with insurance included in postage costs (which will be stated in listings), items sent to UK addresses will normally be sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery and items sent to Overseas customers will be sent by Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service. Items sent with insurance will require a signature either at your address or otherwise available to sign for and collect at your local postal depot.
Some larger items may be sent directly from the manufacturer/distributor.
If you are outside the UK, you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the buyer. You should consult your local Customs office for information.
Insured items that are not received can only be considered lost after 15 working days in conjunction with Royal Mail policy. Replacement or refund will be given after that time.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Returns must firstly be notified to us by email.
Goods must be returned in the same resaleable condition, with all fittings/instructions and with all original packaging whereupon a refund or exchange will be made. We are unable to refund postage costs unless an incorrect item was received due to our error or such item was faulty on receipt.
We recommend that all returns are adequately insured to cover damage or items being lost as we can only refund/exchange once the returned item has been received at our premises.
