Q:Are your items new or second-hand?
A:All the products we sell are brand new and completely unused.


Q:How does postage discount work?
A:We will always give discount on postage costs if more than one item is purchased. Buyers can either contact us prior to purchasing to enquire on postage discounts or after purchasing, wait to receive a combined invoice from us which will include discounts on postage costs.


Q:Do you give discount on items?
A:Our items are already keenly priced but buyers are welcome to email us to enquire about discounts if purchasing more than one item. However we normally discount postage & packaging costs in these circumstances.


Q:How quickly will I receive my item?
A:We aim to package and post items within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment although most items are dispatched within 24 hours.


Q:What postal /courier services do you use?
A:Normally items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post to the United Kingdom and Royal Mail Airmail to overseas addresses. Alternative cheaper services are sometimes offered in listings for heavier items (Royal Mail Standard Parcels for the UK Royal Mail Surface Mail for overseas).


Q:Is insurance for delivery included?
A:Each listing will state whether insurance is included in the postage costs or not. If insurance is not included, then optional insurance is offered and can be taken out which we highly recommend. Current prices are 70p for Recorded Delivery (United Kingdom) and £3.50 for International Signed For service (Overseas).


Q:What if my item doesn't arrive?
A:1st class post to the UK normally takes 1 to 2 working days although we would ask buyers to wait 5 days before contacting us. Parcels sent overseas are dependant on Royal Mail's delivery time to the destination country & the destination country's own postal delivery times. We would ask overseas buyers to contact us after 14 days.


Q:In respect of lost items, how quickly do you send a replacement or refund?
A:Items are only considered lost after 15 working days after dispatch in accordance with Royal Mail policy. This is to rectify incorrectly routed parcels to be redirected to their correct destination. If insurance was taken out or included, then a replacement/refund will be given immediately after this 15 day period.


Q:What if my item arrives damaged?
A:Damaged items should be notified to us immediately by email in the first instance and the item and its original packaging should be returned to us. If insurance was included in postage costs or taken out, then a refund or replacement will be given.


Q:What happens if my item was sent without insurance?
A:We will consider each case individually so buyers should email us with details.


Q:What if my item doesn't fit or I change my mind?
A:We have a 7 day returns policy whereby you can return your item which must be in its original condition and packaging. On receipt, we will refund you the cost of the item.


Q:What if I receive the wrong item?
A:Please email us immediately and then return the item to us in its original condition and packaging. On receipt, we can either send the correct item out to you or refund you the total cost of the item and postage.


Q:What if i'm not satisifed?
A:We aim to give a good service at all times and are confident about the quality of the items we sell. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. We would ask anyone who is unhappy to contact us in the first instance in order that we can be given the opportunity of rectfying any problems.
