Goods are sent on a Next Day (Monday - Friday) service for delivery anytime from 9.00am up to 5.30pm (UK-Mainland Only). All orders (except small accessories) are shipped by Initial Citylink or ANC and are insured against loss or damage until signed for by you. All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched same day, for next day delivery. Orders received after 1pm on Friday are not dispatched until Monday morning. Delivery should take no more than three working (i.e. Monday -Friday) days. If goods are not received within that timescale, please phone us.
