New products in our eBay shop are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty of one OR two years, see contact list below. Please retain your invoice and or delivery note as proof of purchase-warranty cover begins from the date on your invoice.
Please note, neither the manufacturer’s warranty or Restyle Fitness six month warranty will cover failure of a product if caused by accidental damage, general wear and tear, unreasonable or abusive behaviour, or if you have not provided reasonable and necessary care. N.B. our products are sold for home/domestic use and are not suitable for commercial use. |

Refurbished Stock Warranty
A refurbished fitness products including Nordic Track, Proform,V-Fit, Weider (multigyms) and Weslo are covered by a six month parts and labour only warranty. If your product requires attention during this time you can speak directly to our technicians who will try diagnose the problem over the phone. If your machine requires a part these will be posted to you free of charge*. If we cannot diagnose the problem over the phone we will authorise an RTB – ‘a return to base' repair. In this instance the customer will pay for the return shipping costs of £59.95 which includes product insurance.
