| A:Return item within 7 days for a full refund |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes - we charge the actual cost of postage, plus a single 50p handling charge for packaging etc. Customers making multiple purchases should wait until we send an invoice which will include the correct postage / packaging figure. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We usually dispatch items within one working day of payment. We do not work on Saturdays and Sundays. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:It's based on weight - with books, and programmes this can vary greatly. 1960s programmes are very light - current season ones can be very heavy. |

| A:We do. Non UK customers should wait untilw e send an invoice before paying - this will include the correct postage figure. |
| Q:Do you accept cheques? |

| A:At the moment we do, payable to Rel8 Media. However, this is under review as our bank now charges for cheques that we pay in.

| A:No, we are not. We operate an e-bay based business and our stock is stored at several locations. |
