We have cut back on listing each and every film title we have for some of our film cell items. If you are after a particular actor/actress but don't know what films they have been in - imdb.com is a good website where you can search by actor/actress name and it'll give a list of films - then you can look through the film list within the relevant auction page and look to see if we have that film. Please don't be afraid to ask us any question via the message for seller facility as we have many more film titles we are not able to list. It is also a good idea to tick the box to search the title and item description if looking for a particular film.
ALL OUR FILM CELL PRESENTATIONS ARE HAND MADE TO ORDER AND CANNOT BE SHIPPED SAME DAY AS PURCHASING THEM. PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND IF ORDERING THEM AS PRESENTS.
For purchases of the pre-prints. Please note that we use a piece of cellotape to securely fasten the plastic sleeve to stop rainwater entering and spoiling the photo whilst in the postal system. Please remove the cellotape or fold it over to prevent it sticking to the photo when taking it out of the sleeve. We will not be liable for replacements through damages caused by our buyers - we are covered by Trading Standards under "The Sale of Goods Act 1979".
We prefer not to receive e-cheque payments, via paypal, due to them taking so long to clear. Please understand that if you do make an e-cheque payment through paypal we will e-mail with the expected clearance date and we will not post items until the payment has cleared.
RETURNS POLICY.
Made to Order items - ie. All film cell Presentations (Actor/Actress Montages, Film Montages, Actor/Actress Signed Photo Film Cell Presentations, Trios, Duets, Double's and Single's) as well as buyer requests for specific scenes on our Plaques and Bookmarks.
These are not covered by our general returns policy or the distance selling rights - here is what is stated within ebay :-
"The cancellation rights do not apply to certain items including software, audio or video recordings that have been unsealed, perishable goods such as food or flowers, or items that have been made to order"
For Straighforward Returns:-
We expect all buyers sending items back to e-mail us before posting to check if we are happy to accept back (see above details about made to order items). Under the distance sellling rules buyers have a 7 day cooling off period. If you haven't e-mailed within 7 days of receipt of your item, we will not accept returns. -
Items must be returned within 14 days of the notification by e-mail of intent to return, using the same packaging as was sent and in the exact same resaleable condition - we will not accept damaged items.

We will not be responsible for items being returned that become lost or damaged in the post, and the buyer then becomes liable to make a claim for compensation against the Postal System themselves.

In the event of the item becoming lost or damaged on its return, we will not be liable to refund your money - we therefore suggest items are returned using a trackable service to cover yourself.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the item cost for each item returned. In all circumstances of items being returned - the return postage costs will be met by the buyer.
We cannot be held responsible for damages caused whilst the item is in the hands of postal services.
In the event of receipt of damaged goods - we will require you to notify us immediately that the goods arrived damaged. We always obtain proof of posting certificates in order to make a claim. It is usually better/quicker for the buyer to make the claim - we can post the certificate of posting to the buyer in claims cases. You will need to keep the item and the packaging materials in case Royal Mail decide they want to see them. Our experience shows that Royal Mail does ask for the packaging to be sent to them in claims of damages and usually send a postage free label - hence why it is better for the buyer to claim as they only allow 5 WORKING days to send it back. If we make the claim we are acting as the 'middle man' as they would send us the request letter and label to send packaging materials - we then have to post it to the buyer which shortens the 5 WORKING day time to send the packaging back. We will help all we can, but it requires your understanding and patience in dealing with this matter. By making a purchase you are agreeing to our policy.
International Buyers - here is our Royal Mail statement:- "Unfortunately we can’t accept claims where the problems were caused by another postal operator or other third party"
We offer extra Insurance for our Airsure service at an extra cost of £4.20 on top of the Airmail charge. Buyers who do not purchase the optional Insurance accept the risk for loss or damage and will not be able to make a claim against us. If you want to ensure you get your item and it is insured in cases of damage we suggest you pay for the additional insurance. We will not be liable for refunds where insurance has not been purchased! By making a purchase you are agreeing to this.
