Every so often you may want to return an item and I want you to be completely happy, so, if there are any problems please let me know via email within 7 days and return the item within 14 days.
That's right!
If when it arrives you have changed your mind or you simply don't like the look of it just return it (within the 14 days) and with no quibble, I will refund the price of the goods.
Please return the item back in the condition sent complete with all labels, packaging, etc. and in the same clean and smoke-free condition I sent it out.
Return postage to be paid by the buyer.
Full payment for goods will be refunded, less the cost of outgoing postage.
Refund will be paid via the same method as original payment.
If the item is found to be faulty or significantly different to the description, I will refund the outgoing and return postage.
For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns of lingerie.
