When you purchase a lift and rise chair VAT will be added automatically during the purchase process. 
This will be repaid by us in full once we receive a signed declaration stating that you wish to claim VAT exemption (zero rating) and after the chair is despatched. 
This form needs to be returned to us WITHIN 14 days from date of order.
Recliner World Ltd must receive this form before any VAT can be credited back to you.
