Hi Recliner World
After looking for a recliner chair for a small space and visiting all local stores I discovered you online.
I had picked a chair quite unsuitable to my needs although I was unaware of this when I decided to telephone my order whilst still online.
I was put through to sales with no waiting, to a very helpful man who listened to what I was saying, he pointed out how wrong the chair I had picked would
be for my needs.
He then recommended one which was perfect in every way and half the price of local shops. It was delivered Free of charge whithin a day of
ordering. Most places I had visited were a 28 day wait.
It fitted perfectly in my small space and is very comfortable, everyone should buy from you and cut out the shops. I most certainly will recommend
you to everyone I know.

The carriers delivered on Monday the 12.05.08 after collecting and signing for the chair on Wednesday 07.05.08 I'm afraid they are really slow here.

Hi Richard,
Firstly I am writing to thank you all for providing First Class service.
My delivery arrived on Friday as specified. Only one small problem there was a tear in one of the boxes and the leather chair torn too.
But for yourselves not a problem at all.
The driver returned the item and within 30 mins you had rang to organise delivery of another chair.
This arrived today Monday. The chairs were easy to assemble and look very smart in our lounge.
They are very comfortable and because they recline & swivel & have a footstool they are wonderfully relaxing.
