I own the Sunshine Dreams line.  I created it and I am the designer of these scarves.  While they can be similar to other designers scarves, they are not duplicates.  As any artist will tell you, the same scene can be painted by many artists, and while similar, would not be duplicates, since every artist brings a bit of themselves into their work.  Likewise, there are only so many different types of crochet or knitting that you can do.  The difference is in the yarns and arrangements of same.
