| A:The Bulgarian currency is the Leva. Dont worry, you'll pay in pounds for your property. |

| A:Yes, we are fully insured and licensed as a public carrier, something thats rather rare in Bulgaria right now! |
| Q:Is the property freehold |
|
| A:Yes, all property sold by Bulgariadirect is freehold. |
| Q:Is Bulgaria in the EU? |

| A:Yes, and Bulgaria has been since January 2007! |
| Q:What is the end auction price, the total I pay? |

| A:You will be required to pay for the end auction price, 5% government purchase fee, 500EUR company setup and 300EUR legal costs. |
| Q:Can I view the property before bidding? |

| A:Of course! Email us then book your flights. Please do not bid unless you re confident you wish to buy and pay within 7 days of auction by IBAN (International Bank Transfer, Easy, just go into the bank with our invoice and the bank will assist) |
| Q:How soon do I have to come to Bulgaria after the end of auction? |

| A:You have up to 11 months or more after the end auction date if you contact us to arrange first. Payment is still required within 7 days of auction in any case. |
| Q:Do Bulgarian people speak English? |
|
| A:Most people in Bulgaria under 30 have at least basic knowledge of English so you can get by quite easily. There are plenty of Ex Pat Brits in Bulgaria too and UK TV via satellite. Of course when a bottle of Rakia is on the table, the language barrier is lifted! |
| Q:Can I make use of my created company to do business in Bulgaria? |

| A:Of course, in fact you can use your company anywhere. 99% Of Bulgarian companies dont trade at all, and the company does not required to be trading, the company can be dormant if you wish, set up only to purchase property and land. |
| Q:Do I have to form a new company each time I buy a property? |
|
| A:No, you can use the one company to put as many properties as you like in it. |
| Q:How long does it take to complete on a purchase of Bulgarian property? |
|
| A:There's no waiting around or lengthy terms with Bulgariadirect. Company formation can now take one working day, and you can fly in and out of Bulgaria now if you are pressed for time. We allow winning bidders 11 months to come to Bulgaria to complete after end of auction, as long as the property has been paid within the 7 day deadline. |
| Q:How many airports does Bulgaria have? |

| A:Bulgaria has five internationally recognised airports. Sofia, Gorna (Near Veliko Turnovo), Bourgas (Burgas) Varna and Plovdiv. Sofia is the busiest airpot and currently has the highest availability of flights. You can also fly into Bucharest Otopeni or Baneasa, although we recommend avoiding Baneasa during holiday periods due to its small size. |
| Q:Do I have to form a Bulgarian company if I want to buy a property in Bulgaria? |

| A:Unless you are a Bulgarian citizen then yes you do. The only exception is if you purchase an appartment or commercial premises in Bulgaria which come with no land and in which case you will not have to form a company. For the majority of buyers the company is a paper one, a formality, which does not trade in any way. |
| Q:Why are house prices so low in Bulgaria? |

| A:Everything in Bulgaria is still very cheap for now, although after EU accession (and for a couple of years before) property prices have risen steadily. Remember that the low prices you see now are often three times higher than they were only two years ago, the trend is set to continue, hence why Bulgaria is so popular with property investors. |
| Q:How do you know what you are selling? |

| A:We're not just a company auctioning on behalf of other agents in Bulgaria, or flipping properties for quick cash. Bulgariadirect has four offices in Bulgaria and managed by a team of both Brits and Bulgarians. Every property (and all relevant documentation) we auction has been personally inspected by a member of our staff. |
| Q:What happens after the auction? |

| A:You can pay by direct International Bank transfer for the property. It is held for you for eleven months automatically, longer by prior arrangement. Once received you can arrange your flights whenever is convenient for you. we'll pick you up at the airport, we'll arrange your hotel for you, we'll take you to the notary to complete the formalities. |

| Q:Is the furniture included in the auction? |
|
| A:We are auctioning the property and land. You should assume there is no furniture included, if there is something of particular interest then please ask and we will let you know if it may be kept for you. |
| Q:Should I win an auction to come and view your properties? |
|
| A:You may come and view at any time and we will be happy to arrange a viewing trip for you. If you bid on an auction you are commiting to the terms in the auction and agreeing to go ahead with the property auction you have won. There is no need to win an auction just to come and view! |
