 | A: Bulgaria has five internationally recognised airports. Sofia, Gorna (Near Veliko Turnovo), Bourgas (Burgas) Varna and Plovdiv. Sofia is the busiest airpot and currently has the highest availability of flights. | Q: Do I have to form a Bulgarian company if I want to buy a property in Bulgaria? |
 | A: Unless you are a Bulgarian citizen then yes you do. For the majority of buyers the company is a paper one, a formality, which does not trade in any way. |
 | Q: Why are house prices so low in Bulgaria? |
 | A: Everything in Bulgaria is still very cheap for now, although after EU accession (and for a couple of years before) property prices have risen steadily. | Q: Is the furniture included in the auction? |

 | Q: Should I win an auction to come and view your properties? |
 | A: You may come and view at any time and we will be happy to arrange a viewing trip for you. If you bid on an auction you are commiting to the terms in the auction and agreeing to go ahead with the property auction you have won. There is no need to win an auction just to come and view! |
