Like all retailers and buyers we have to cope with variations in manufacturers sizes.

This is the theoretical ( approximate ) guide.

2XL Should fit a 44/46 inch waist and 46/48 chest or stomach whichever is the larger.

3XL Should fit a 48/50 inch waist and 50/52 chest or stomach whichever is the larger.

4XL Should fit a 52/54 inch waist and 54/56 chest or stomach whichever is the larger.

5XL Should fit a 56/58 inch waist and 58/60 chest or stomach whichever is the larger.

6XL Should fit a 60/62 inch waist and 62/64 chest or stomach whichever is the larger.

7XL Should fit a 64/66 inch waist and 66/68 chest or stomach whichever is the larger.

8XL Should fit a 68/70 inch waist and 70/72 chest or stomach whichever is the larger.

As we all know however each style can vary therefore we normally measure each item and list the actual measurements

Then for extra help we welcome any questions regarding any item.

A useful check is to see our measurements and compare with the measurements of an existing similar garment

Most of our King size clothing will be between (2xl)33 and (8xl)37 inches long

Again this should be in the listing but please ask before buying.

Shoe fitting is again tricky from a distance

We very much welcome the opportunity to advise on the likely fitting of any shoe

Please however bear in mind the buyer is responsible for any return postage

in the event of return or exchange

The delicate subject of post and packing

All businesses sell items on ebay to make a profit and like everyone try to earn a living wage

We feel an item should arrive with a buyer as near as possible matching the discription on the listing and as quickly as possible, most buyers having paid want their goods.

NOTE!!! If you buy an item from us and have not received it within 4 working days contact us asap and we will track the parcel for you (UK)

We aim to pack every item in a way that ensures it arrives looking as listed.

We only post 1st class, or 1st class recorded UK. This post and the packing costs money and has to be charged for by every seller, if a seller says free postage then they must be including the postage within the item price, no business can work at a loss.

We keep the item price and post and packing charge seperate and clearly displayed in the listing for the buyer to see before buying, we feel this is honest and clear.

Our post charge is set by the parcel weight regardless of contents plus an amount to cover the box and packing etc.

Royal mail have weight bands, sometimes an item can be added to the box at no extra charge, sometimes a small item can move the parcel into the next band and appear to raise the post charge an amount that seems to high

Please understand this is out of our control

NOTE!! We will always offer reduced postage and packing if possible for 2 or more items and refund if you over pay in all cases.

Our advice is this

Add the item price and post charge together and decide if this is a fair price to pay for an item to be carefully packed, posted 1st class recorded delivery from stock and delivered to your door with full support in the event of any problem.

Delivery times are of course in the hands of Royal mail

We find the vast majority of items arrive on time and in the event of a delay we will do all we can to help.

FEEDBACK

We want to leave positive feedback in all cases

To date we have only left positive feedback.

A business seller is legally obliged to supply the item as listed and of course this is the only thing we want to do.

We know we have delivered the goods to the buyers satisfaction when they leave us a positive feedback

This also means that the buyer has honoured there part of the transaction by paying for the item and if nescesary giving us the opportunity to resolve any problems, eg wrong size etc. We then leave our valued buyer a very positive feedback

Most problems are the fault of neither us the seller, or buyer and with patience and honesty we believe all things can be resolved.

We accept anyone can make a mistake or change their mind.

We can then answer your question more quickly, plus all answers and comments are on record to avoid any confusion.

We respond to most questions within 24 hours, slower at the weekend and evenings of course.

If you do not receive an answer within 24 hours PLEASE Re-send the question as we would have expected to reply within this time.

We do of course at times suffer sickness and other emergencies and on a few occasions may not be able to keep this promise.

Collection and Returns

We are not able to receive potential buyers in person, the items on ebay are not available for viewing by the public.

All items can only be delivered by Royal mail and any return can only be received by Royal mail delivery.

Why is this

We give the same service to all buyers, most live many miles away from us. We have to work on keen prices and simply do not have time or margins to offer this service.
