- We accept Paypal, credit and debit cards, personal cheques and postal orders as payment methods.
- Uk Postage will be made by Royal Mail Packetpost or for heavier orders, DHL.
First class post is 1 - 2 working days delivery from dispatch
Second class post is 2 -3 working days delivery from dispatch
Courier service is 2 - 4 working days delivery from dispatch
These expected delivery times are not 100% guaranteed, but in 95% of cases you will receive your package within this time frame.
- Royal mail special delivery by 1pm option applies to parcels posted Monday - Thursday (For delivery Tuesday - Friday). Royal mail do not class Saturday as a working day, therefore if we despatch your parcel by special delivery on a Friday, it is guaranteed for delivery on Monday by 1pm. Royal mail do not count Bank holidays as a working day either!
- We offer Royal mail 1st class, Royal mail 2nd class and Royal Mail special delivery (next working day by 1pm). During checkout (on the 'Review your purchase' page) you can choose which delivery option you would like by clicking the link [More Options].
- Please make sure that your registered eBay address is correct. We use Royal Mail 'Despatch Express' software which works on the assumption that the postcode on your registered eBay address is correct. If your postcode is incorrect, we will not be liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address. Please make sure your postcode and address number is correct before purchasing from our store.
- We will post to PO boxes and BFPO addresses (2kg maximum weight), but we do not accept responsibility for non delivery to PO boxes.
- If you have paid by Paypal, we will only post to your paypal registered address. This protects both you, the buyer, and us, the seller. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you are out at the time of the delivery Royal Mail will put a delivery card into your postbox telling you to collect from their local GPO. I'm afraid that we have no control over this and cannot respond to instructions such as 'Please leave in the greenhouse if out' or 'Please do not leave with neighbours'!
- If we receive payment by 1pm* then your package will be despatched the same day - if payment is received after 1pm then the package will be despatched next working day. Either way our handling time is one working day or less. We dispatch every day of the week* apart from Saturdays and Sundays.
*Excluding Uk Bank Holidays.

- If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, then telephone us free within the hours of 9am - 4pm, Monday to Saturday on 0800 0372025. We will only respond to messages sent through the eBay messaging system Monday - Friday.
- If you wish to send us a message at the time of your order, or at any time, then please use the eBay message system. We do not always have time to read the messages on the many paypal payment notification emails we receive.
- We allow you 7 days to pay for your purchase. If you haven't paid after 7 days then a reminder will be sent by email. If you do not contact us to say that the payment has been dispatched then we will open an 'Unpaid item dispute' after a further 3 days. If we still haven't received payment after a further 7 days then we receive our fees back paid on the sale and you receive an unpaid item strike. We do not, under any circumstances accept payment from buyers after they have received their unpaid item strike. Unless you are serious about buying from us please do not bid.
Any non paying bidders will be blocked from buying from us in the future.

- All Rays florist sundries are packed and dispatched with all due care and attention, using protective packaging products, bubble wrap and all packages are clearly marked 'fragile' (if applicable) - this is to ensure a damage free delivery and why P&P charges on smaller, lighter items may seem slightly higher.....we do this for your ease of mind!
