If you spend over £85 on floristry and/or card making supplies delivery is free. Your delivery will be dispatched by courier service or Royal mail tracked which takes 2 - 4 working days from dispatch to arrive. If you need your floristry supplies quicker than that, then please let us know by contacting us.
Please note: If you do not receive a revised invoice from us within 1 working day please check that your registered eBay email address is the same email address as the one you are checking!

Additional items
On every listing that has more than one item for sale there is an 'additional item' price. Therefore if you purchase two of the same product then the postage on the second item will cost significantly less than if you purchase just one.
For example, rolls of ribbon cost £1.99 in P&P charges, but additional ones are just 49p in postal charges. Because of this weight difference and because most items have a different primary / additional P&P price eBay will not automatically combine postage prices so please ask for the total from us!
When you come to complete payment you can choose what postal service you require - 1st class, 2nd class or special delivery, we quote you on all 3 delivery services. If you would like to collect your floristry supplies from our premises then please message us so that we can edit your P&P charges to zero.
As we have a wide range of different items in our shop, therefore we have a wide range of weights. The postal price for each individual product and additional products can vary greatly which means that rather than eBay automatically working out postage charges, we work out our own postal charges to save you money. We do not aim to make money from postage, but just to cover our costs, which is why, in percentage terms you could very well save up to 75% (or 65p - 90p per item) on your postage costs. Please take advantage of our offer and request a revised invoice to save money.
