Customer Service
We aim to respond to all questions on items selling within 24 hours. In most cases we are able to respond within a couple of hours.
Our last post is at 4pm Mon-Fri. We understand the importance of prompt delivery, and as such make all attempts to mail out any items paid for by 3pm the same day. On Saturday we need payment by 9am in order to reach the post by 12pm.
Listing Policy
Our aim is to provide a clear and simple service. Our listings reflect this by containing just the information you need, and nothing extra. Some of our items may have more technical information available which we choose not to print for simplicity purposes. If you need more information do not hesitate to contact us.
Postage Costs & Shipping
All items are covered by Royal Mail postage insurance. We now offer 1st and 2nd class postage on most items. We offer recorded delivery for an extra 68p.
Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee a delivery time for either 1st or 2nd class mail. Our experience has shown that whilst some customers receive 1st class mail the following day many do not, and 2nd class mail seems to always take much longer. If you need an item urgently we would always recommend the 1st class mail option.
If you purchase multiple items off us please ask for an invoice before payment, as we can then weigh your items and charge appropriately. We can only reduce postage in this way as we sell lots of differently weighted goods, and as such applying a common discount is not possible.
We post mainly using Jiffy Bags. Loose items such as terminals and P-Clips are additionally placed within polythene bags to allow easy storage. On occasion we will also box items, using bubble wrap and/or corrugated card to protect goods.
Payment Methods
We now only accept Paypal. Apologies for those of you that prefer cheque and postal order, but we have experienced some problems with cheques and decided to move to being a Paypal only shop.
Feedback
We always leave feedback after an item is paid for, we do not await your feedback before leaving ours. We do not include advertising information. We greatly value your feedback, and I'm sure our future customers do, so please try to leave us some.

Return Policy
In most cases we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving item to get a reference number. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Item must be returned in original packaging, and unused. If you have any problems with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do all we can to assist.
Due to the nature of electronic items we cannot accept electrical returns where the product has been used. We are in no way responsible for how you choose to use electrical items purchased by us, or for any damage that may result. We highly recommend if you are in anyway unsure about what you are doing with an electrical item then you consult a suitably qualified electrician.
Product Quality
We buy direct from the UK, and ensure all our items are of the highest quality. All products conform to the relevant electrical standards. We are constantly increasing our product range, if there is anything you would like to see us stock in the area of auto-electrical goods please let us know and we will look to price for you.
