We need you to be completely satisfied with everything you buy from us. If, for any reason, you are not delighted - simply telephone us within 30 days of delivery and we will collect your goods and once satisfactorily inspected we will refund the price of the goods less the cost of delivery.

All products are stocked in our 100,000sq.ft. warehouse are delivered to you in just 5 working days. No matter how large or small, if your order is in stock we guarantee delivery. However, some products require special handling and are delivered direct to you from the factory. These items may take a little longer and we will advise if this is the case when you place your order. In certain circumstances large, heavy or awkward shaped orders may require customer assistance when delivered. You will be informed of this at the time of ordering.
