Terms and Conditions of sale |
- Do not bid if you do not intend to pay
- We export in some instances please contact us for delivery charges.
- Items will be posted within 5 working days of payment clearance, most are despatched in 24 hours, unless the item is a special order.
If the item is not in stock and will not be available for over 7 working days we will contact you.
- Payment must be received within 10 days of either the auction ending or ‘Buy It Now’ purchase date, if no payment is received, or contact has not been made as to why, the item will be re-listed for other buyers and we reserve the right to seek payment of any costs encored and leave appropriate feedback.
- It is the buyers reasonability to ensure that the item is compatible/suitable before purchasing, if in any doubt contact us before you place a bid or 'Buy it Now'.
- Manufacturer warranty on new items shall start from date of purchase, should an item develop a fault please contact us. Warranty's and faulty out of the box items shall be treated as per your statuary rights and guide lines from manufacturer.

We can be contacted by email or telephone during normal customer service telephone hours, Monday through Saturday 9am to 5.30pm . Questions about auctions in progress are best asked via the Phone (01264 338511) please have all car details to hand. We love to answer questions and usually do so within 1 hour if during normal working hours. Questions asked 30 minutes before the end of the auction will probably not be answered in time - sorry. Returns Policy |
The Purchaser has a statutory right to cancel their order and receive a full refund on any mail order purchases . To cancel the Purchaser must email us to inform that he is cancelling the order .He must then send the goods (at his own expense) with a letter stating the reasons for the return, such written reasons need to be received by the Company within 7 working days of the Purchaser receiving the said Goods. The goods must be received in their original packaging, labelling, complete with any accessories, manuals or other documentation and undamaged. if any of the above are NOT ADHERED to then no refund will be given and the goods will be returned to the purchaser at his expense
Please note that a handling fee will apply to all returns
Tyres can not be returned if they have been fitted
Exhausts cannot be returned it they have been run for any period.
In common with industry practice, the company cannot accept returns of videos, DVDs, CDs, or software packages unless all original packaging is intact and un-opened. |
