Searching through the hundreds of listings within our store, (let
alone the thousands planed and the millions within eBay itself) to find the
exact product you are looking for can be very difficult and time consuming, below
are a list of tips on how to find what you are looking for within our eBay
store.
The eBay Search
There are 3 very easy tips to narrow you results down to what you
are looking for.
1. If you are searching for a phrase, i.e. 'spring kit', enclose it
within speech marks e.g. "spring kit". The search engine will then look for
items containing the phrase "spring kit" as it is written.
2.Using the '+' sign before a word will make the search engine look
for that word within the search. e.g. a search could be written as spring +kit.
The search engine will then look for all items containing the words spring and
kit. Note to remember the words don't have to be together in the text.
3. Using the '-' sign before a word will make the search engine
dismiss any items that contain that word. e.g. a search could be written as
spring -kit. The search engine will then look for all items that contain the
word spring and do not have the word kit.
The above 3 methods of searching can be used together to fine tune
your searches. As an example if you were looking for a spring kit for a Ford
Escort that was not made by Koni, you could use the following search
| "spring kit" +"ford escort" -Koni |

and descriptions" box for a more thorough search of items within our shop
