» What to do after the auction |
Once the auction has ended, we will send you an invoice via e-mail which will contain payment instructions for you purchase.
When paying for the item please have ready the following information:-
- Auction Number
- eBay User ID
- Payment details (when phoning with card details)
- Delivery Address
- Contact telephone number

We are a retail shop located in Andover, Hampshire. If you are local you are more than welcome to collect, however to avoid disappointment we do ask the you contact us first so that we can make sure the item is in stock ready for you to collect. » When will my item be delivered? |
Assuming that your item is in stock it should arrive within 24hours once payment has cleared, however due to delivery being in the hands of a third party outside of our control deliveries can take up to 48hours. If the item is not in stock you will
recieve it within 7 working days.If it is going to take longer we will contact
you

If you have further questions that the shop policy page and the about us page can't answer then please contact us we are always more than welcome to answer any questions that you may have. We stock and can get hold of a vast range of products not just including car accessories, but Radio Control. Cycles and Accessories, so if you can't find what your looking for give us a call we hopefully should be able to get it for you if not hopefully we can point you in the right direction.

» I've missed the auction is the item still available? |
We usually will re-list any items that did not sell, and ones that did assuming we can still offer you the same deal. It is always worth getting in contact with us if you miss the auction because we are a real shop and can always get more stock if the item has sold, whilst still being able to offer you the same deal over the phone, with out you having to wait the seven days till the auction finishes.

» Will you combine multiple items to reduce delivery costs? |
Yes, usually we can combine items to reduce delivery costs. However there maybe reasons from time to time when we cannot offer this service, for example the weight of the products, or some of our products we leave direct from the supplier straight to your door. We ask that you contact us before you order any items on the hope that we will combine delivery. We also ask you to make us aware that you are ordering more than one item when the transaction is complete, we have many staff here handling the orders so multiple orders can not always be picked up on easily.

» Are the items you sell brand new? |
As a rule we do not sell second handed, graded, or grey import items and to this date have not done so. However should this ever arise the item would be clearly marked as to why it is not brand new stock from supplier.

» Do your items come with warranty? |
Yes every brand new item will come with a full UK manufactures warranty from the date of purchase. Should an item not come with a full warranty the item will be clearly marked as to why and what warranty if any it comes with the item. It should be strongly noted at this point we DO NOT get in evolved with grey imports or graded stock, every brand new item that is available from ourselves has come into the UK from authorised UK distributors and will carry a full UK warranty accordingly from date of purchase.

» What is your feed back policy? |
We try to give feedback to every user who has won an "auction" or purchased on "buy it now". We will not leave feedback until the transaction is complete and the user has left feedback with ourselves and any outstanding issues resolved. Should we miss a user we would like them to remind us to leave feed back as we believe feedback is very important within the eBay community. The feedback will always be honest and fair be it an "A+" or a rock bottom "Z-", and in return we hope that the user will be the same. Should a feedback be made in error we will apologise and withdraw it immediately.

» My product does not work or has stopped working? |
First and fore most don't worry our service does not stop once you are received you goods. If a problem should arise please
contact us, we will then be able to advise you as how best to resolve the problem. If the item is still under warranty we will most likely need it returned to us so it can be evaluated and the problem resolved as quick as possible.
