Term and Conditions

Please note that by purchasing one of our products you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated below.

1. Contract

By using either the BUY NOW or MAKE OFFER facility on eBay you are entering a legal contract to purchase the item(s) from Race Spec Performance Ltd, failure to pay for the item will mean you as the customer are breaking the contract and maybe liable for legal proceedings.

2. Payment

We ask all our customers to pay for the item(s) within 24hrs of the sale if you are unable to do this please contact us to let us know via email as soon as possible.

We only accept payment via the following methods: Debit/Credit card via PayPal, personal cheque/Postal Order made out to Race Spec Performance Ltd, For International Buyers we will only accept payment via PayPal, international cheques/money orders are not accepted.

If you are paying via Cheque or crossed postal order please allow 6 working days for the payment to be banked and cleared.(Under no circumstances will the goods be dispatched before the payment has cleared).

3. Delivery

We always try to dispatch items on the same day as the sale if it has been paid for before 1pm anything after this time will be dispatched the next day including special delivery.

Items sent via courier will be collected from us the following working day. Please ensure that before you sign for the item you check that there is no damage, if damage is found do not sign for it ask them to return it to sender and contact us via email.

4. Returns

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the item in question is suitable and will fit your vehicle, Race Spec Performance Ltd can only offer assistance in this but cannot be held responsible for incorrect information that may be passed on, it is the responsibility of the customer to research information to assure that the product is totally compatible with their vehicle.

Returns are only accepted if the item is undamaged, unused and is in the original packaging.

Once the item has been received back a refund will be issued using same payment method as used to pay for the item(s) minus the following cost: postage and packaging, listing fees and final value fees, a breakdown of the cost is available up on request.

UK items must be returned within 7 working days International items must be returned within 14 working days.

5. Fault/Damaged Items

Any faulty or damaged items must be reported to us as soon as possible with details of the fault/damage.

The item must be then be returned to us at the buyers cost. (We advice to send the item back via a track able method, items lost in the post will have to be claimed back by the buyer).

The item will then be tested and inspected by a member of staff, if the item is then found to be faulty a replacement will be sent ASAP, Refund of the original sale price will be refunded only if replacement is not available (no p&p or return p&p cost will be refunded). If the returned item is found to be tampered with or has no faults, Return postage will be charged again and an inspection fee of £5 will need to be paid before redelivery.

Please note all stainless steel manifolds have a reduced warrinty to 3 months only

Race Spec Performance Ltd will not be held liable for any payments made by the buyer for fitment/installation of any faulty products.

6. Fitment

Race Spec Performance Ltd always recommends that all our products are fitted by a professional and cannot be held responsible for any damage that may be caused to yourself or a vehicle by fitting/using one of our products.
