We only ever list our items using GBP Sterling (UK Pounds). An equivalent in US$ may sometimes be shown underneath the GBP Sterling price, but this is a guide only, as the actual price will depend on the rate in force when you make the payment.

Region Coding for DVDs - Please Explain?
Region coding was designed as a method of ensuring discs would be playable only in certain geographical locations. These are laid out below:
Region 1: The US, US territories, Canada
Region 2: Europe, Japan, Middle East, Egypt, South Africa, Greenland
Region 3: Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong
Region 4: Mexico, South America, Central America, Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Caribbean
Region 5: Russia (former USSR), Eastern Europe, India, most of Africa, North Korea, Mongolia
Region 6: China
A DVD player bought within the EU (prior to any modification) will have R2 set as it’s default region. Any R2 disc available from us will therefore be compatible with your player.
I am not in the UK - Will this DVD work on my DVD player?
European Buyers : Unless you have bought a multi-region DVD player you should only purchase DVDs that are Region 2 or Region 0.
International buyers : please ensure that you are able to play Region 2 / PAL DVD's. Your equipment manuals will be able to advise.
What is Region 0 ?
‘Region 0’ or ‘Region Free’ discs are compatible with any DVD player as they are specifically enabled for all geographical areas. But please note that Region 0 discs are sometimes encoded in NTSC (the American broadcast standard) rather than European PAL standard - this will require a NTSC compatible TV in order to ensure colour playback. If the item we are selling is not PAL encoded, it will be stated in the listing.
Can I play this DVD on my PC ?
DVD-ROM drives are also Region encoded to the area it was purchased in, so the above rules will still apply. However most PCs are not restricted by PAL / NTSC codings, so a Region Free DVD can be played worldwide without any problem (except if you are playing through a TV-OUT port to pass the signal to a TV).
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We have a 14 day return policy. All we ask is that the item is still sealed and you notify us by email prior to sending the item back to us.
My item is faulty
Please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the problem for you.
What packaging methods do you use?
We use high quality jiffy/bubble envelopes, the size depends of the actual item(s) being packed. We may occasionally bubble wrap items and wrap in brown paper on oversize items / multiple orders.
What shipping methods do you use?
We offer different shipping methods on checkout. Standard shipping is by Royal Mail PPI businessmail (UK) and Royal Mail Airmail (Overseas).
How quickly do you ship?
As a general rule, we will have your item packed and shipped in under 20 hours. Please note however that we do not ship at weekends, so please allow for this.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Generally, please allow 2-3 business days for your item to arrive (UK). Most items arrive within 2 working days. International shipments will take longer, EU shipments range from 4-10 days, out of the EU please allow 7-19 days. Unfortunately we are unable to be more specific.
