PACKAGING

We package all records in special card mailing envelopes with additional strong cardboard liners inside. We package all CD's in padded envelopes, again with added cardboard liners inside for extra protection.

We always remove records from sleeves when packing to prevent seam splits in transit, and we put all records and sleeves inside brand new plastic covers for added protection. We send all CD singles and albums in brand new cases *(except in some very rare instances where the CD was issued with a special case and it is not possible for us to obtain a new case of the same type.)

We normally send all items within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
