PAYMENT must be made within 48 hours from end of auction, PAYPAL prefered. Postal orders are also accepted. Items are posted within 24 HRs of a cleared payment. All items are posted at Post Office counter with a proof of postage obtained, in the event of an item being lost or damaged by Royal Mail we will assist you in a claim but ultimately we are not responsible for lost or damaged items or their replacement. We cannot offer combined shipping in every circumstance , but we do offer a few freebies to offset any stamps we save (usually a few plectrums or the like) so please do not expect to pay one lot of postage on a multiple purchase, the items are priced as keen as we can go already. If you have do have any problems or issues please contact us first before leaving any feedback as most matters can be resolved quite simply (see my feedback) and it's good to talk! RETURNS: If you wish to return an item please send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less any shipping costs including the cost of return shipping which is to be paid for by the customer). If the item is used or damaged in any way then only a partial payment will be made. no returns are accepted on vinyl products and items that have been wrongly applied etc.
