| We are not responsible for lost items and it is up to the buyer to claim from the Post Office, we will supply the buyer with the receipt of posting. If you require the item to be sent recorded delivery (UK only) then please add £1 to postage.

| RETURNS. To comply with Distance Selling regulations returns will be accepted provided the item is returned within 14 days at the cost of the buyer, unworn and in the original packaging. Refund for the purchase price of the item will be given, postage cost will not be refunded. Where free postage was offered a 20% handling charge will be deducted from the total. |
