Payment must be received within 7 days. Deliveries will be dispatched within 7 days of cleared payment using stated service. Our normal delivery charge covers most UK addresses. The non-profit charge includes a first class, professional (unless otherwise stated) next working day service and all items are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. Please read further to see exclusions. Our Courier delivers Monday to Friday only and a signature is required. Unfortunately, due to ever increasing courier costs, a delivery surcharge of £15 will be added to the postage costs to some remote areas, some offshore locations and all Northern Ireland addresses. The surcharged postcode areas are, without exception, AB37-AB38, AB44-AB45, AB53-AB56, CA18-CA27, LA15-LA23, HS1-HS9, IM, IV7-IV12, IV14-IV28, IV30-IV32,IV36 IV40-IV56, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20, PA21-PA38, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA88,PH17-PH26,PH30-PH44,TR21-TR25, ZE and BT. Deliveries to some remote UK areas, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man are not made daily. To pay by card please call us on 01535 644454, Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm. We do not accept any collection in person. Due to high postage costs we do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

Any rug can be returned to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. In order to return the rug we must be notified within 7 days of receipt by email and the rug must be in an unused condition. The return of the rug is your responsibility and you must pay all costs. We recommend the rug is returned using a recorded or trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit. Please mark the rug clearly with your full name and address so we can easily track your return. A refund will be given upon the return of the rug. The return address can be found on the letter accompanying all orders or upon request by email. Failure to comply with our terms of return will result in no refund being given and the rug will be returned to sender.
