All standard deliveries are sent using Royal Mail first class post.

For express (guaranted next day) deliveries we either use Royal Mail First Class Recorded  or we use a courier service call Business Post.

Delivery

We will aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days. Generally orders are dispatched within 24hours of receipt.

Orders within the UK are sent first class recorded post, so they can be tracked if they go missing. They will also need a signature at your end. If you are not in, a delivery note will be left for you to rearrange delivery or collection.

International Shipments

Please supply a telephone number on which you can be contacted. To track a parcel you will be asked on line for your email address and a member of the internatiional team will contact you by email to gve you tracking information for your parcel.

Returns

We want you, the consumer, to have a fantastic shopping experience when buying from our EBay shop Nevertheless, we realise that with purchasing items on-line you may wish to return products that are unsuitable. Please note that we can only accept returns delivered within 14 days of the date on the dispatch label with labels attached. This means that the items are unused, unmarked and in a resalable condition (i.e. in original form). The returns postage charges are paid for by the customer.

We can either exchange the items for other products or simply issue you with a full refund (excluding the cost of postage).

HOW DO I RETURN FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS SENT?

Our apologies if you have received an item that is incorrect or faulty.

If you have received faulty or the wrong goods, you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back (please see section below). We take the amount from the stamps on the parcel or a receipt.

In the UK, please send via Royal Mail recorded delivery, DO NOT use Special Delivery or a Courier service. We do not reimburse handling, petrol or packaging costs under any circumstances, we credit the cheapest return shipping method (for example, standard airmail or first class mail, not FedEx or Royal Mail Special Delivery). Please write on the package FAULTY returns, and we will refund you the price of postage.

Faulty or damaged goods that have to be returned must be received back within 28 days of dispatch.
